About the Role

We have built our business on customer service, and we are looking for a confident customer service professional to help us continue building on our success.

Join our high-energy team in a customer-focused sales environment where you work with a predominantly global clientele to support our business development manager in dealing with enquiries and answering product questions.

We have built our reputation on customer service and satisfaction. This is a people-first role, with the ability to drive good processes using technology to ensure our client information is updated and opportunities are acted on.

Working alongside the sales team, you will be the front face of the business on a day-to-day basis and support our clients.

Many of our clients are in Europe and the USA, so flexibility around work hours is required in this role to accommodate time differences.

Because of the global and ever-changing nature of the work, you will learn a lot and get the opportunity to develop your skills and celebrate your achievements with the team.

About You

You are looking for an opportunity to grow and develop and love working with people worldwide. The nature of your work will require you to manage many enquiries in writing while being available online for some clients.

We are very involved in reaching out proactively to our customers, and you will need to be the kind of person who takes initiative to help with enquiries and act on new opportunities.  

You will support the team in promoting and running events such as webinars and briefings online; we are looking for your strong skills in making things happen. 

Skills we are focussing on for this role include:

  • A strong commitment to excellent customer service
  • Outstanding writing and written skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to help manage events
  • Proven experience using the Microsoft suite of products
  • The ability to use a CRM and keep it up to date (we use ZOHO)
  • A flexible attitude to remote working
  • An interest in learning about RFID and IoT
