Accounts Administrator - Part Time

About the role:

This role's purpose is to accurately manage, process, and record all accounts payable and receivable details for suppliers and customers. This is a part-time position with 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:30 am and 2:30 pm), with some flexibility to work from home. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. You need sound knowledge and understanding of fundamental accounting procedures and policies.

The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking care of end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable process.
  • Accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, processing staff reimbursements, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the accurate issuing of invoices and statements and monitor outstanding debtors.
  • Ensure legal requirement compliance.
