Jos is a Wellington-based Company Director and investor with over 35 years of technical and general management experience across several industries.
Jos’s professional career started as an electrical engineer, then transitioned through technical, engineering and general management roles in the IT industry, and he has held previous positions as CIO and CEO in several companies. He is also a Board member of Angel HQ and has contributed as a Mentor for Lightning Lab, Te Papa’s Mahuki and other programmes. He holds a B.E (Elect) and an MBA (Dist.).
Jos joined Times-7 as CEO in 2016 and cemented Times-7’s position as the global leader in fixed RAIN antennas with his drive for innovation. In early 2024, Jos transitioned to Chief Technology Officer to focus on strategic product development and business governance and provide advisory guidance in shaping the company's future direction.
He is an active member of the global RAIN RFID Alliance, where he was elected to their Board of Directors in 2023. Additionally, he champions the company's Industry 4.0 and customer initiatives as a sponsor.
